Methi with soya chunks, lauki ki sabji, dry urad dal platter
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Now take a pan heat oil and add chopped onion sauté till golden add ginger garlic chopped sauté for 2mins add purée and all dry masalas
* Step 2
Add soya chunks squeeze it's water and sauté well add 1 cup of water and cook in pressure cooker for 2 whistles
* Step 3
When cool open the cooker.
* Step 4
Add little oil in a pan add methi leaves(fenugreek leaves chopped) sauté in high flame continues stirring
* Step 5
Add chunks in fenugreek leaves which we have sauté and dries the water if excess
* Step 6
Serve with chapattis or prantha
* Step 7
