Debbie's best gammon / ham
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
line a large baking tray with foil..enough to cover the ham completely
* Step 2
peel off the skin and put to one side
* Step 3
place gammon / ham into baking tray
* Step 4
pack with brown sugar all over
* Step 5
top the sugar with the mustard
* Step 6
place skin back on and wrap the foil
* Step 7
place in refrigerator overnight to marinade
* Step 8
slow roast on a low heat until cooked
