Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a pan add oil when hot add cinnamon cardamom and tej patta when aroma came add onion paste and sauté well add tomato purée and dry spices all sauté for 5 minutes now add cashew paste and stir well

* Step 2

And make gravy add two cups of water and cook slowly for 20 minutes

* Step 3

Now add cream and mix well and switch of the gas

* Step 4

For kofta mash paneer very well add grated tomato and salt cornflour and make a soft dough

* Step 5

Make a ball and fill little cashew and mawa add make rolls or oval shape which u like

* Step 6

Fry in hot oil till golden brown

* Step 7

Now take serving bowl put gravy and lastly put kofta and decorate with cashew and coriander leaves
