Khasta meethe Khurme

Ingredient

200 gms

sugar

4 spoon

warm ghee

1 spoon

poppy seeds

Pinch

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First grind sugar in a mixer jar we use powdered sugar.

* Step 2

Take big bowl or plate add all purpose flour then add powdered sugar,pinch of salt and 4 spoons ghee & poppy seeds and cardamom powder mix with hands till texture become holding or binding shapes.

* Step 3

As per requirements take less water & make a tight dough & keep aside for 15 minutes.

* Step 4

After 15 minutes check dough through hands try to get soft as possible.

* Step 5

Meanwhile heat the heavy bottom vessel add oil in it for deep frying purpose in medium flame.

* Step 6

In a flat surface take some portion of dough & flatten it not so thin it's medium like chapati then take knife & cut the diamond or square shapes.

* Step 7

When oil is heated slowly put the square or diamond shapes of khurma deep fry till golden brown in colour.

* Step 8

Crispy tasty sweets khurma is ready to serve.
