Bottlegourd/Lauki healthy  Halwa 😋

Ingredient

1/2 kg

bottlegourd

5 tsp

sugar

2 tsp

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In separate vessel boil 1 liter milk first in low flame.

* Step 2

Wash bottlegourd then peel the cover fully & remove inside seeds through knife & grate fastly otherwise it's colour get change.

* Step 3

Heat the another heavy bottom pan add ghee in it immediately add grated bottlegourd & saute for 5 to 10 minutes.

* Step 4

Now add boiled milk in grated bottlegourd stir continuosly in low flame approx 20 minutes.

* Step 5

Stir continuosly till milk get half & combined well with bottlegourd.

* Step 6

It becomes thick in consistency then add sugar & cardamom powder & cook few minutes when both sugar & milk dissolve completly.

* Step 7

Now add chopped dryfruits & mix well then serve hot.
