Sabudana Dry fruits Kheer for Fasting😋😋

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First wash sago/sabudana then soak sabudana in limited water for 2 hrs.
* Step 2
Heat the heavy bottom pan add ghee then roast all dryfruits for a minute & keep aside.
* Step 3
In same pan add milk in it when milk is boiling add soaked sabudana & stir continuously in low flame.
* Step 4
Meanwhile chopped all roasted dry fruits & keep aside.
* Step 5
After 5 to 10 minutes when milk & sabudana boils completely add sugar & cardamom powder & stir continuously.
* Step 6
Now add all chopped dryfruits mix well & off the flame & wait it get cools completely.
* Step 7
When it cools completely garnish with few dryfruits & serve.
