Healthy Methi Paratha with fresh curd & Chutney in Breakfast 😋

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First wash & finely chopped fenugreek leaves in a separate bowl & drain if extra water is their.
* Step 2
Take a bowl add wheat flour add gram flour add salt, turmeric powder, black pepper powder,red chilli powder & carrom seeds mix all ingredients well.
* Step 3
Then add chopped Fenugreek leaves in flour & make a dough with water.
* Step 4
Dough is not so soft and not so hard it's medium.
* Step 5
When dough is ready heat the pan in low flame.
* Step 6
Take small portion of dough in our hands & make Paratha on flat surface in any shape like square,traingle or circle it's our wish.
* Step 7
Pan is heated so put Paratha on pan spread little bit oil on both the sides gently turn & cook till golden colour in both sides.
* Step 8
Make all paratha like this from dough, serve hot with curd or Chutney or pickle or butter.
