Tomato Instant Chutney (no onion no garlic)

Tomato Instant Chutney (no onion no garlic)

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash all vegetables first & chopped it.

* Step 2

Heat the pan add 2 spoon oil in it add cumin seeds & ginger & green chillies & saute for a minute.

* Step 3

Add chopped tomatoes add all spices like red chilli powder, turmeric powder & salt mix all together & cook in low flame.

* Step 4

Cover the lid or cover the pan with cup & check tomatoes until get soft.

* Step 5

When it looks like well cooked thick texture then add sugar or jaggery mix well & cook again.

* Step 6

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves & serve.
