Baked Winter Veggies

During winter we have a lot varieties of vegetables . Generally we make curry or stir fried the vegetables as side dish. But this time I made a very healthy snack or breakfast dish which is super easy to make but also super tasty to have.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean, wash and cut all the vegetables into bite size pieces. You can use any winter vegetables you prefer.
* Step 2
Beat 1/2 cup of regular curd and and add in all the spices and seasonings as mentioned above in the marinating section.
* Step 3
Mix well to make a thick paste.
* Step 4
Place all the prepared veggies to a oven proof dish and add in the prepared marinating mixture.
* Step 5
Mix well with the veggies and spread evenly to make a thin layer of veggies.
* Step 6
Preheat oven at 180 degree C for 10 minutes. Then bake the prepared veggies for about 25 minutes in preheated oven at 180 degree C.
* Step 7
After 25 minutes of baking, the veggies will be cooked nicely. Take out from oven and sprinkle a handful of grated cheese.
* Step 8
Again bake them for abou 10 minutes or until cheese melts completely and getting some light brown spots.
* Step 9
Remove from oven, rest for 10 minutes and then serve warm and Enjoy!
