Rava dosa is a very healthy quick dish for breakfast or snack. Generally rava dosa is made savoury and served with chutneys and sambar etc. I have made a quite different dish using the same rava dosa and this is my innovative dessert recipe.
This dessert is made of a lot of fruits with little citrusy flavour and served with pistachio flavoured shrikhand.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take frozen mixed berries to a blender and blend to make a puree.
* Step 2
Combine the rava, maida, rice flour, icing sugar and a pinch of salt to a bowl.
* Step 3
Add-in the mixed berry puree and mix well.
* Step 4
Also add in water to make a thin batter.
* Step 5
The batter should be thin flowing consistency.
* Step 6
In the meantime make the fruit chat.For that cut all the fruits in small cubes. Also take the segments from 1 orange.
* Step 7
Mix all the fruits to a mixing bowl.
Add in icing sugar, chopped mint leaves, chat masala and black salt.
Combine everything well.Set aside.
* Step 8
For the pista shrikhand, 1st grind some pistachios to make coarse powder.
* Step 9
Take hung curd,icing sugar and pista powder to a bowl.
* Step 10
Mix together to make pistachio shrikhand. Set aside.
* Step 11
Now make the fruity rava dosa.
* Step 12
For that heat a non-stick pan, grease it lightly with butter and sprinkle a little water on it.
* Step 13
Pour 1 tablespoon of batter on it and spread it in a circular manner.
* Step 14
Cover and cook in medium heat until the dosa becomes little crisp.
* Step 15
Also pour little butter while cooking. It will take a little longer time to make them crisp than normal dosa.
You can cook only in one side or both sides can also be cooked.
* Step 16
Remove from pan carefully and transfer to a dish.
* Step 17
Fold the dosa in cone shape. I used a cone mould to give shape. You can make without cone also.
* Step 18
Repeat to make remaining dosas.
* Step 19
For serving, fill each dosa cone with fruit chat.
* Step 20
Place the cone horizontally on a white serving dish.Spoon some pistachio shrikhand.
* Step 21
Place more fruit chat on the sides.
Garnish with mint leaves and dust with icing sugar.
