Colourful Maggi Ramen Bowl

Made this delicious and healthy ramen bowl with my favourite 2 minutes Maggi noodles.
Used maggi taste maker to season the remen soup. I used crunchy and leafy vegetables(blanched) -- cauliflower, carrots, beens, spinach ,purple cabbage and soft boiled egg to my ramen.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix vegetable stock with soya sauce, chilli sauce, chopped garlic, chopped ginger and maggi taste maker to a pan. Also add in 1 cup of water.
* Step 2
Bring to boil. Cook in slow heat for.about 10 minutes.Adjust seasoning and set aside. We don't have to add any other spices as maggi taste maker has all the required spices.
* Step 3
Steam the vegetables until little crunchy.
* Step 4
Also blanch the spinach in boiling water for 30-40 seconds.
* Step 5
Cook the Maggi noodles for less than two minutes without adding the Tastemaker. Drain and keep it aside.
* Step 6
Take a serving bowl, pour the prepared ramen soup fill-in half of the bowl. Place cooked maggi noodles in one side of the bowl.
* Step 7
Next place all the steamed veggies, blanched spinach and half boil egg on the top.
* Step 8
Sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds and chopped spring onion. Serve hot.
