Hope all of you are staying safe during this critical situation. Our kitchen these days are filled with little ingredients due to lockdown. My kitchen is also not exception. Now a days I am cooking only what we need only. Still sometimes we have to make something new specially for kids as these days. Here I am sharing a very simple popsicle recipe that you can make for your family.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take mint leaves (only leaves) and 1 green chilli. You can add half of a chilli if you like less spice.
* Step 2
With 1/2 liter of water grind to a mixture.
* Step 3
Strain the mixture through a sieve. I added some mixture without sieving as I want some traces of mint.
* Step 4
Add in sugar and instant powder drink. I used pineapple flavoured powder. You can add orange flavour also. If you have fresh pineapple, orange or lemon you can add their juices instead.
* Step 5
Mix well, add more 1/2 liter of water. Also, add in salt and chat masala according to your taste. The taste of the mixture will be sweet, sour and pungent. Hence I gave the name chatkhare popsicle.
* Step 6
Transfer the mixture to the popsicle mould and keep in the freezer for 6-8 hours. After 30-40 minutes after keeping the mould in the freezer insert popsicle sticks.
* Step 7
After 6-8 hours popsicles are ready to enjoy.
