White bean creamy dal
#rainbowweek3 White beans are very delicious beans that almost looks like red kidney beans. They are very creamy texture when cooked. Here I am sharing a very delicious and healthy creamy dal recipe that you can make with very few ingredients.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak 1 cup of dried white bean overnight with water.
* Step 2
Next day drain the water and pressure cook with fresh water until beans become very soft.
* Step 3
Heat 2 tablespoon of olive oil and saute 2 minced onion and crushed garlic. Also add in bay leaves.
* Step 4
When onion becomes translucent, add in cooked beans. Reserve 2 tablespoon beans to garnish later.
* Step 5
Add in white black pepper and salt as per taste.
* Step 6
Also add in 2 tablespoon of sesame paste.
* Step 7
Mix well, add in little water to adjust the consistency and cook further 4-5 minutes.
* Step 8
To make the dal more creamy, blend the mixture with an electrical hand blender or you can blend in the mixture also.
* Step 9
Add in 1 tablespoon of olive oil and remove from heat.
* Step 10
Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with some boil beans reserved earlier and olive oil.
* Step 11
Goes very well with naan, roti or paratha.
