Cheesy Cauliflower Tikkis

Cauliflower is is one of the most common vegetables available in winters. They are very healthy low calorie vegetable, which can be consumed in a variety of ways. Today I am sharing a very healthy and delicious tikkis or pancakes made by cauliflower and cheese.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut cauliflower into florets
* Step 2
Cook in boiling water until tender, about 10 minutes.
* Step 4
Grind or mash them into a paste.
* Step 5
Cut onions and chillies thinly.
* Step 6
Add onions, chillies, grated cheese and salt to the cauliflower. Mix well.
* Step 7
Also add yoghurt and breadcrumbs. First add 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs to bind the mixture to a soft dough.
* Step 8
If necessary add more breadcrumbs to combine the mixture. You can also increase or decrease cheese quantity.
* Step 9
Coat the bottom of a non stick skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat.
* Step 10
From the mixture, make small patties or tikkis and add to the skillet.
* Step 11
Cook until golden brown & set, about 3 minutes per side.

Transfer to a serving plate.
* Step 14
Fry all the tikkis in batches. Be careful to fry the tikkis as they are very delicate to handle.
* Step 15
Garnish with some green leaves and serve with some sour cream or hung curd.
