Pan fried chicken with mustard yoghurt sauce

#Protein_rich_recipe Chicken is a good sauce of protein and and if it is pan roasted or grilled it will be healthier option. Here marinated chicken is pan fried and served with mustard yoghurt sauce.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinade chicken with salt, lemon juice, chilli powder, Ginger-garlic paste and mustard sauce for at least half an hour.

* Step 2

In the mean time boil spaghetti with salt, drain and set aside.

* Step 3

In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients for sauce mentioned above and make a thick sauce.

* Step 4

Heat a pan add 1/2 tsp of olive oil and fry the chicken piece in high heat by pressing time to time with a spatula. It will take 6-7 minutes to cook the chicken.

* Step 5

Assembing and plating..

* Step 6

Add little olive oil and chilli flakes to the boiled spaghetti and mix

* Step 7

In a serving plate pour yoghurt mustard sauce. Add the seasoned spaghetti. Top with the chicken piece. Pour some more sauce over the chicken piece.

* Step 8

Serve immediately.
