Pear walnut coffee cake

Pear walnut coffee cake

For my kiddos’ breakfast because this Mom loves her children very much.

Ingredient

Food ration :

8-12 servings
13/4 c

flour

1 tsp

cinnamon

1 c

sugar

1 tsp

vanilla

1/2 tsp

baking soda

Pinch

salt l

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First cut in the cold butter to the flour. Chop walnuts and mix with brown sugar and cinnamon

* Step 2

Add 2/3 of walnut mixture to the flour and butter which should look crumbly

* Step 3

Reserve rest of nut mixture

* Step 4

Cream together apple butter and sugar

* Step 5

Add eggs 1 at a time until well blended.

* Step 6

Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients

* Step 7

Finally add sour cream and make sure everything is incorporated

* Step 8

Next slice the pears and grease the pans

* Step 9

Pour 2/3 the batter in the pan, arrange some pear slices and sprinkle reserve nut mixture

* Step 10

Pour the rest of the batter on top, then the rest of the pears and crumble topping.

Bake on 350 for 50-55 minutes
