White Chicken Korma

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a kadai heat oil and add in whole garam masala and saute for few seconds. Add in finely chopped onions and saute until translucent. Add in ginger garlic paste and saute until raw smell goes away.

Add in half of chopped pudina and coriander leaves and saute. Add in cleaned chicken pieces and mix well. Add salt, cover and cook until water oozes out stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, take the ingredients mentioned for coconut paste in a mixer jar and grind to a smooth paste adding water as required.

Once chicken is half cooked, add in coconut paste and mix well. Add water as required to adjust consistency.

Cover and cook until chicken is cooked and oil oozes out. Finally garnish with remaining chopped pudina and coriander leaves.

Serve flavourful White Chicken Korma with variety of Indian bread.
