Microwave Chocolate Mug Cake

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a microwave safe mug sift flour, cocoa powder, baking soda. Add in sugar, salt and mix it well.
* Step 2
Add in milk, water, oil, vanilla essence and whisk without any lumps. Mix in chocolate chips. Microwave in high power for 2 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool until warm. (I divided the mixture into a small mug and a bowl to make it 2 servings. It can be baked in single large mug too.)
* Step 3
Microwave Chocolate Mug Cake is ready to be served warm with scoop of vanilla ice cream.
