Masala Tea

cinnamon

1 tsp

fennel

1 tsp

nutmeg

1 1/2 cup

water

1/2 inch

ginger

1 1/2 cup

milk

3 tbsp

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan take all the spices mentioned for making tea masala powder. Roast on low flame until aromatic.

Cool it and transfer to mixer jar and grind to slightly coarse powder.

Tea Masala powder is ready, transfer to airtight container and store up to a month.

To make masala tea, take water in a pan. Grate ginger and add it to the water along with tea powder, tea masala powder and boil until strong decoration is prepared.

* Step 5

Add milk, sugar and boil the tea. Strain the masala tea and pour into serving cups.

Hot Masala tea is ready to be enjoyed.
