Fish carpaccio

The kitchen is my therapy, I usually do not use the recipe, I just improvise and it is in my opinion one of the most beautiful things in the kitchen everyone can take it in his own direction in his favorite flavors. I prepared in honor of my father-in-law's birthday an invested fish meal this was a sharing first course

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Slice the fish into thin slices

* Step 2

Place the fish slices on a plate with some olive oil, lay over cling film and carefully flatten using a meat hammer until a thin surface is obtained.

* Step 3

Season first with salt, coriander seeds, tomato seeds and chili rings

* Step 4

Drizzle olive oil, sprinkle basil and oregano leaves.

* Step 5

Before service, drizzle the lemon juice and serve immediately

* Step 6

It is recommended served with litel toast
