Grandma Stiles leftover Thanksgiving Turkey Soup

Ingredient

4 quarts

water

4 Stalks

celery

1/2 tsp

salt

1/2 Tbls

Mustard

1/2 tsp

black pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the carcass in covered in water for a couple hours.

* Step 2

Remove the carcass, separate and remove all bones, and strip meat from carcass.

* Step 3

Slice celery and carrots. Dice onions and add all ingredients. Boil until carrots are soft.

* Step 4

Serve over Egg Noodles
