Spicy and Crispy Roasted Chickpeas

These are the roasted chickpeas extremely tasty and can be served as a snack, with an Indian meal, or just to enjoy.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C
* Step 2
Using a kitchen towel or paper towel, Pat dry the chickpeas into the are completely dry - it is important to get them as dry as possible.
