Spicy and Crispy Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredient

chickpeas

2 tablespoons

olive oil

1 1/2 teaspoon

chilli powder

1 1/2 teaspoon

salt

1 teaspoon

cumin

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C

* Step 2

Using a kitchen towel or paper towel, Pat dry the chickpeas into the are completely dry - it is important to get them as dry as possible.

Line a baking pan with parchment paper the chickpeas on it

Roast them in the oven for about 15 minutes
