Marinara Sauce

Very simple and easily adaptable pasta sauce which can be made very quickly, and tastes great. Feel free to adjust the seasoning is to your taste

Ingredient

1 tablespoon

olive oil

225 g

Passata

1/2 teaspoon

dried original

1 teaspoon

caster sugar

1 teaspoon

salt

to taste

Black pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 2 to 4 minutes until crisp tender, stirring frequently

* Step 2

Mixing tomatoes, Passata, sugar, regular, salt and pepper. Bring to the boil.

* Step 3

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until this was a blended, stir frequently
