Crockpot Meatloaf Mexican-style
This is a delicious variation of the normal Italian meatloaf and you can give extra flavour by using a salsa of your choice for serving. 6 to 8 servings
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients.
* Step 2
Crumble beef over the mixture and mix well.
* Step 3
Shape into a round loaf, and place in the crockpot
* Step 4
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until meat thermometer reads 160°.
* Step 5
Serve with taco sauce or salsa
