Fish with a Pine Nut sauce

This is another very tasty dish from the Middle East the use of pine nuts is unusual for most Western cooking

Ingredient

Cooking time :

45 mins
1 clove

garlic

1 tablespoon

lemon juice

1 tablespoon

chopped parsley

1 tablespoon

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pine nut sauce: Place pine nuts, bread, garlic, lemon juice and stock into a food processor.

* Step 2

Using the pulse action process to 30 seconds or until smooth.

* Step 3

Transfer to small pan, stir in parsley and warm through.

* Step 4

Thin the sauce with extra stock if necessary

* Step 5

Heat butter and lemon strips in a medium pan, add the fish and cook on a medium heat 2 minutes on each side

* Step 6

Serve the fish with a pine nut sauce and a green salad
