Lebanese-style lamb liver with lemon juice
“Cook it again with a twist” Challenge ✌️
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Start with slicing the vegetables and frying them in olive oil mixed with vegetable oil until soft. Remove fron the pan and set aside
* Step 2
Wash the liver until cold running water, dry with a kitchen towel, and slice it into cubes.
* Step 3
Cook the liver in the same pan on medium to high heat. When the meat is browned, add the spices and the cooked onion and pepper
* Step 4
Add the lemon juice with salt and pepper. Reduce the heat to medium and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes. Serve with hummus for an ultimate Lebanese experience 😎
