Lebanese style beef liver with pomegranate molasses

A very typical Lebanese dish that we eat with Hummus on the side. Sometimes we have it on an early Sunday BREAKFAST!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop the live into smaller cubes
* Step 2
Add the liver cubes to the pan and cook for around 6-7 minutes on medium heat until brown and most of the juices evaporate
* Step 3
Add salt, pepper,allspice stir, then add pomegranate molasses and the juice of half a lemon. Give it to minute on the heat to combine the flavours.
* Step 4
Serve and enjoy with flatbread hummus on the side or salad
