Sautéed cavolo nero kale
Super easy and simple dish and can be a great addition to your dinner table! #cooktheseasons
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and roughly chop the kale
* Step 2
In a large pan, add olive oil and butter. Heat over medium to high heat
* Step 3
Add the garlic and fry for 15 seconda until fragrant, then add the mushroom slices and cook until soft
* Step 4
Add the chopped kale, turn the heat down and wait a few minutes until its volume is reduced. add a drizzle of soy sauce (almost 1 tablespoon) then turn the heat off when the kale is soft.
