Za’tar croutons

#TeamTrees #OneRecipeOneTree We had some GF bread leftover in the office on Friday so I decided to bring it home, make croutons and take them back to the office so we can all enjoy them with the salad 🥗 I made croutons before but this time they tasted so good so I decided to share the recipe with everyone 😎

Ingredient

loaf

GF bread

2 tablespoons

Zaatar

1/2 teaspoon

paprika

1/2 teaspoon

garlic powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the bread loaf into small cubes and move to a deep bowl (here’s a tip about bringing hard stale bread to life)

* Step 2

Add all the spices then pour some olive oil and mix well to cover all the bread pieces

* Step 3

Move the bread into a baking tray and spread evenly. Heat the oven to 200C and put them in for around 20 minutes until the bread becomes crispy

* Step 4

Wait for them to cool down and then put in a container for storage
