Mango Ice Cream
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First peel the mangoes and cut in to small pieces..
* Step 3
Put a kadhai on gas in low flame and pour milk and stir till half in quantity then add sugar and stir again now milk is thick time to add malai and stir off the flame let them cool.
* Step 4
Now put a 4 tbsp chilled milk and add custard powder and mix it well.
* Step 5
Add that mix in malai mix.
* Step 6
Noted the malai mix should be cool.
* Step 7
Now take a jar pour all the mix and paste of mangoes...grind them for 5-10 mins.
* Step 8
Pour into an ice cream box or anything you want.
* Step 9
Refrigerated for 4 hours and take out again and grind them again.
* Step 10
Now refrigerated for 7- hours for set the ice cream.
