* Step 1

First cut the potatoes thin long shaped and wash with water...

* Step 2

Add corn flour and mix it properly no need add water, and start to frying the potatoes...

* Step 3

After frying potatoes add some oil in kadhai and add sesame seeds, chopped garlic, ginger, green chilli, soya sauce, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce and add pinch of salt mix it well and in last add 2 tbs honey and add fried potatoes and coriander and mix it...

* Step 4

Now honey chilli potatoes r ready for serve...
