Cous cous filled mushroom with egg. Airfryer

From my cous cous burger take the stock from the large mushroom and pack it with the cous cous mix and serve with egg. Goldenapron23#

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take the stock from the mushroom and peel skin off then in the centre fill it with the cous cous mix.

* Step 2

Put in airfryer to cook for 10 minutes on bake 175c.

* Step 3

While that's cooking put some water in the wok let it boil then crack your egg in it and let it cook should take about 5 minutes and you get a lovely healthy egg with a soft yolk if you prefer the yolk cooked more, cook a further 5 minutes.
