Sugar free biscuit filled with Nutella. Gluten free. Airfryer
Inspired by mcvities blissful biscuits that are 71 calories for 1 biscuit. Disgusting the amount of sugar.
So I thought I'd make a sugar free version apart from the Nutella which is sugar but you can get sugar free chocolate spread.
And I've also added gluten free cornflakes crushed in the pastry it adds a nice crunch to the biscuits.
Made with gluten free flour and baked in Airfryer.
Ingredient

8 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Flour, pinch of salt, then add butter mix in with fingertips to breadcrumbs add cornflakes.
Mixed up and gradually add milk to a dough to roll.
* Step 2
Roll and make rounds turn up at sides make some smaller rounds to add on top later don't need to be perfect.
Place in airfryer on bake setting on 175 c for 8/10 minutes.
* Step 3
When cooked add spread in middle and put top on.
