Burger mix, spring onion, tomato and Cumin

I buy the burger mix from my local weigh-in shop, which is great because you can get as little or as much as you like. And spices and nuts. ( Pine nuts) are good a bit high in calories but good.
So the burger mix you can add all sorts of stuff in it. I added 3 spring onions to my one burger and a small pre boiled tomato and Cumin.🍔

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take burger mix and add spring onions and pre boiled tomato and add to mix.add 1)2 TSP cumin.
* Step 2
Then gradually add a little water and stir it will thicken, and shape to make a patty. Add to pan with spray oil, for about 5)6 minutes each side.
* Step 3
I used a metal ring to keep shape. Add red onion and cook alongside. When cooked serve with salad.
