Tomato hummus
Just love hummus if you make it fresh it's a lot less calories.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Drain can and boil in fresh water, when done drain.
* Step 2
Add everything in a jug and blend with hand blender, if too thick add a little water.
* Step 3
Add to saucer and drizzle extra virgin Olive oil and oregano and roasted tomato. And eat with your favourite sticks.
