“Beefy” Beefless Swiss Chard Recipe
Chard is one of the healthiest vegetables so I wanted to try making a dish. This dish is simple and flavorful. Bon appetit!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut 1/2 inch pieces of chard, separating stems from the leaves
* Step 2
Toss olive oil, onions and stem pieces and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
* Step 3
Add butter and garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
* Step 4
Throw in leaves until and cook covered for a few minutes until leaves have wilted down.
* Step 5
Add beef powder and mix well. Taste and add more beef powder or salt if desired.
