* Step 1

Peel dice boil yam with salt and sugar then mash using mortar. Set aside

* Step 2

* Step 3

Mash fish sardine or dice meat mix with vegetable source and yam add butter and combine mould in balls put in a bowl sprinkle flour on it move round in circles rub in egg and deep fry in veg oil.
