Garlic and thyme chicken, khale and jugras pomme puree

Succulent chicken pan fried in herbs and garlic!

Ingredient

50 g

water

20 g

khale

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook chicken skin side down in a pan with hot oil

* Step 2

Add garlic and thyme and put in the oven 180 for about 20 minutes

* Step 3

Boil potatoes, add butter cream salt pepper and mash! Till silky! No lumps!!!

* Step 4

Blanch the khale in boiling water for about 30 seconds!

* Step 5

For the sauce add chicken stock to water bring the to boil! Reduce add some juices from the pan! And salt and pepper!
