Samosa

Samosa is a special snack delicacy rich in proten vitamins and carbonhydrate. It is both yummy and filling leaving the mouth tasty for more.it is of the small chops family and it's served in parties, enjoyed at home and packed as snacks for kids lunch box.

Ingredient

Food ration :

10 big mosa's
3 spoons

vegetable oil

1 branch

dried parsley

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

To make the filling sieve flour add salt and dry parsley mix together add d oil mix to get bread crumbs add warm water to form a dough wrap with foil paper and set aside.

* Step 2

To make the filling put veg oil to medium heat shallow fry the onions and garlic add mixed meat allow to brown add spices stock cubes, match carrot potatoes and peas chilli allow to simmer set asideand allow to cool

* Step 3

Now roll out the dough cut in semi circles, form a cone with each semi circle and fill, seal with egg white and shallow fry for 20 minutes. Yippee you tasty samosa is ready
