Great for weekend brunch if you are a non veg lover and loves Mutton.
It takes less time to cook then other forms of bone-in or boneless meat and you can add vegetables too like Peas, Potato etc.
I love adding Whole coriander seeds to Keema ....it gives a lovely flavour when you bite into it while having it.

Food ration :

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil and crackle the coriander seeds first, then add chopped onion saute and after 2-3 minutes add the ginger garlic and saute it. Now add the mutton Keema and mix and saute it for about 5 minutes.
* Step 2
Add salt, turmeric, chilli powder, Cummin & coriander powder and mix well, add about a cup of hot water and cook for about 5 minutes then add the chopped tomato, cover and cook for about 20 minutes, adding hot water as and when needed. I added about 2 cups water.
* Step 3
Once it's almost dried, add Garam masala powder and Aamchur powder and cook till the oil starts seperating from the Keema. Serve hot with Roti, Paratha or Puri along with a light Kuchumber Salad and Raita and a glass of fresh juice!
