I love this Cabbage Stir Fry for breakfast to have with Roti or Paratha but it's great for lunch and dinner too.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a shallow pan or kadai. Add in the whole chilli and mustard seeds once it splutters add the raw peanuts (if using raw peanuts, if using roasted peanuts add afterwards), the Chana and Urad Dal,when it starts turning reddish add the ginger paste, saute for a minute or so and add the cabbage and mix. Add turmeric powder if you would like to add.
* Step 2
Keep on stirring frequently and cook the cabbage for about 10-15 minutes. When done, add the roasted peanuts now (if using roasted ones). Mix it. Add the salt and mix it well. Atlast add the lemon juice and mix well and your stir fry cabbage is ready.
