Aloo MOMO (Potato Momo)

#aloo #spiceweek5 #pepper #Vegetarian #mashedpotato From childhood Momo has been my favourite and it was made on specifical occasions at home because of my ethnicity. I have had various types of non veg and veg momo throughput my life but had never tried Momo with Potato fillings, with this challenge #myexperimentswithpotato, I have tried making #Aloo #Momo and it was yum. The butter and the freshly crushed peppercorns gives a delicious taste to the Aloo MOMO. #post2

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For the stuffing - Mix in all vegetables ingredients first and then the black pepper, soya sauce, butter and salt as per taste. Mix well, cover with a cling film and refrigerate while you prepare the dough and chutney. (Recipe for other Veg momo)

Let the dough rest for 20-30 minutes. (Recipe for other Veg momo)

Divide the dough into 22 small size lemon and flatten with the rolling pin, fold and bring the edge together and seal it and place it in an oil Momo steamer. Make all the momo in this way, when the steamer feels up place it on top of the boiling water in the base vessel and steam for 15-20 minutes. Your Aloo MOMO is ready to be served with chutney of your choice. (Recipe for other Veg momo)
