Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a mixer jar, grind the roasted Chana and then the ginger and chilli along with salt & little water to help in grinding. Then add the cilantro and lemon juice and grind. Add the grated coconut or the pieces whatever is available with you and grind in the mixer jar till everything is blended together. Check salt and sourness add if required. Put in a bowl. the curry leaves. Then add the whole tempering ingredie

* Step 2

Heat oil in a Tempering pan, add whole dry chilli, mustard seed, Hing and atlast the curry leaves. Now add all the ingredients to the prepared chutney. Give it a good mix and serve it along with Dosa, Idli, Uttapam, Vada etc.
