Cowboy Corn
The ‘go to’ for party’s and potlucks. Perfect as a side or dip with chips.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Let your butter and cream cheese sit out to soften or pop in the microwave for about 20-30sec
* Step 2
Mix together till smooth, add corn, salt, & pepper
* Step 3
Empty about 3/4 a can of diced nacho jalapeños and slice them into fine pieces.
* Step 4
Mix everything together and serve with chips or as a side!
