Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Slice your Italian loaf into 1/2 inch slices, being careful not to cut into the bottom of your bread all the way (almost as if your making the slices into a fan....)
* Step 2
In a bowl mix together olive oil, minced garlic, parsley flakes and Italian seasoning.....
* Step 3
Carefully brush on the olive oil mixture in between each slice of your bread......
* Step 4
Layer your shredded cheddar cheese in between all slices.....
* Step 5
Wrap your loaf in aluminum foil and grill on low heat until cheese melts and bread is crusty, about 10 minutes.....
