Mango mint chutney
I love this simple green chutney with few ingredients, when raw green mango is in season. I love with khichdi, sandwiches and add it to the curd/ yoghurt to make Raita too .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Roast the mango on direct flame on the stove. Once done, wrap it with aluminium foil and keep for 10 minutes or so. Let it cool a bit also so that you handle it.
* Step 2
Peel the mango and put the pulp only along with other ingredients except the common salt in mixer grinder jar and grind it, if required add just enough water to help in grinding.
* Step 3
Check the salt and add as per taste and blend again. Your chutney is ready. You can have it alone or mix on yoghurt to make Raita or to make sandwiches even.
