I/we love Soft Scramble Egg cooked in less oil ....it goes well with bread and butter for breakfast, sometimes I top my Fried Rice or Soupy Noodles with it too.

6-7 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Crack the eggs, add salt as per taste and whisk it.
* Step 2
Pour the oil in a non-stick pan and put on the flame and keep it on low. (No need to wait for the pan and the oil to heat up.) Pour the whisked egg in the pan and sprinkle a pinch of crushed black pepper and start stirring it immediately, keeping the flame low throughout the cooking process.
* Step 3
In 4-5 minutes, your soft scrambled egg will be ready. Put it on a plate, sprinkle some more crushed black pepper and serve it with bread and butter or anything you love to have it with.
