I love this simple Tomato Peanut chutney ...it goes well with parathas, Rotis, Tingmomo/ Tibetan Steam momos and veg momos too.

2-3 servings

40 - 45 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make a slit on the body of the tomato, cut the top and boil it for 15-20 mins covered along with the whole dry chillies. Once done cool it...it may take 15-20 mins so that you can handle it.
* Step 2
Grind the ginger and peanut along with salt in a mixer grinder.
* Step 3
Add the chillies and tomatoes and grind again. Scrap and grind again. Check salt and adjust. Your chutney is ready.
* Step 4
Serve it with Ting momos, Veg momos, Parathas, Rotis etc. Like it was amazing with Muli ke parathe.
