Crispy Eggplant / Baingan Fries

There was leftover eggplant after making enough eggplant pizza for us , some flour mix and breadcrumbs too after making the Chicken fries ....you can't keep these for long as fungus and molds will start growing on it and you will have to throw it. So I used everything leftover to make this delicious crispy Eggplant fries.
Ingredient

45 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix turmeric, salt and garlic powder and apply on the slices. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes. Add water and form a thick batter of the maida mix.
* Step 2
Coat both the sides with it and then coat the slices with breadcrumbs.
* Step 4
In the meantime, heat oil too, I m reusing the oil too. Fry on medium low flame till they become crispy and browns beautifully. Keep it on a kitchen tissue paper to absorb excess oil. Serve hot with tomato sauce!!!
