Mutton Kofta
I love Mutton koftas and especially the ones my grandma used to make ☺️....we used to finish half the fried koftas even before she prepared the Kofta curry.
But I am not going to use this koftas for curry but rather use it to make a Middle Eastern cuisine called Kofta Mein'Laban which we used to enjoy a lot in the restaurant.

Ingredient

26 koftas

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Add in everything in a bowl.
* Step 2
Mix well and then add the cornflour/ chickpea flour. Let it rest for an hour.
* Step 3
Form balls out of it and deep fry it till it turns done and turns a nice brown color. Have it fried just like this or make Kofta curry, Kofta Mein'laban or Kofta wrap. Bon Appetit!!!!
